Service Desk Analyst
Provide Level 1 to Level 1.5 Service Desk Support to Mercury staff. Customer‐focused team player who handles all types of ICT related enquiries and issues via the phone, service desk portal, slack and email. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
Cloud DevOps Specialist
