Provide Level 1 to Level 1.5 Service Desk Support to Mercury staff. Customer‐focused team player who handles all types of ICT related enquiries and issues via the phone, service desk portal, slack and email. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

You will be involved in all aspects of Cloud platform applications, systems, and lifecycle to identify areas for improvement in automations, build and deployments (Infrastructure as Code), and to ensure the completeness and relevancy of the overall Cloud infrastructure for industrial scale.

Provide information security advice to project and programme teams, IT security, privacy and the business to ensure the required information processes are followed for certification and accreditation to occur
